Change of Plans

Life has been hell lately, and the stress of training for a half is killing me. Lame, I know. But I've got to do what's best for me and my mind and body, so I'm taking a break from training. I'm going to find a half next year and train for that when I'm in a better spot.
Right now, I'm going to focus on high-intensity interval training and strength training. I will also incorporate biking, hiking, basketball and other active sports into my life until the snow and cold stops me.
This is not me giving up. It's me putting running aside for now until I can devote the time and focus to it that it requires.
